Refund policy

Sunnyside Botanicals does not issue refunds.

In the event our product gets damaged during shipping, we are happy to resend exactly the same product to you at our cost provided a claim is submitted to us within 72 hours of receiving your shipment with detailed information and photo evidence of your damaged parcel and product.
